Return Process

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your needs.
- 2.Verification and Approval
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours; for damaged equipment, please attach a photo of the defect for immediate processing.
- 3.Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused merchandise or equipment in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during the return transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for your next coffee order.
